Terms and Conditions
When your order is received, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us, we will indicate acceptance of your order. We retain full rights to decline your order, make changes to pricing or product imagery and components at any time. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If there is any problem supplying goods we will issue a full refund.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by the manufacturers full warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
TJC Plant Group Ltd does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
If you wish to cancel an order after 7days, it’s subject to our agreement and it must not have been used and opened. A handling charge of up to 20% may be charged to cover the cost of restocking the item/items. If these criteria are met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
